Austin Park with play ground within 3 blocks for walking. Close to historic Route 66, Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Big Texan Steakhouse. Free off street parking available in front of studio.

Intimate, two room studio: kitchen/dining area with gas stove top, gas oven, refrigerator/freezer and TV. Bedroom/living room with TV and reclining chair. Full bath. Walk-in closet. Fenced-in patio for your pet or breakfast coffee and an evening outside.

Other Details to Note

studio B is directly on Interstate 40. We have added four inches of foam insulation and 3/4” wallboard to the street side. There is also a four foot thick hedge to block sound. Still, there is some traffic noise, so we provide a white noise generator in the main room.
